Appreciable but moderate aromas of herbs and hop flowers with hints of grain and cereal. New aromatic flavours of grain and hops reappear on the palate, complemented by moderately intense bitterness and a slightly sweet finish. The texture is agreeable, with a sensation of light but balanced body - San Miguel
Enjoyed this at a pub. I was exploring what beers were out there in my local pub The Jolly Sailor and ensure I could drive home. I volunteered as designated driver for friends birthday meal. Had a choice of this or the usual soft drinks. It really went well with my meal a good trad. braised beef winter walming meal. My friends also wanted to try and were pleasantly surprised. Nice lager taste, though lots of head, unfortunately spilling quite a lot when pouring from the bottle into a glass. Better than the becks blue, but something is missing and didn't quite quench the lager desire. But happily enjoyed a second.
The packaging itself felt like I was enjoying a real beer.
