Oh dear

The problem with calling something by it's grape name, and packaging it in a wine bottle is you expect...wine. This gives a red wine mouthfeel and a very nice colour, but little else to write home about. I could barely finish a glass of this but soldiered on for the sake of this review. There is a cheap grape juice feel with a very odd aftertaste. I think if this was the first non alcoholic wine you tried, you wouldn't try any more after it. If you only drank wine substitutes, maybe just maybe you wouldn't mind it.

I'd love to find a good AF red wine but this is just not it. Thin on taste and unconvincing. Looks good in the glass but then doesn't deliver.

Not for me

If I had never tasted non alcoholic wine before, and tried this one, I'd probably never bother again! This doesn't taste anything like a wine to me, but is more like a cordial. It's not for me. The colour is fairly convincing, for which I give it a single star rating.
